YOSEMITE AVENUE SUBDIVISION
SUMMARY
The Yosemite Ave Subdivision consists of 42 residential lots and 1 commercial lot on an approximate 7-acre site. YCG prepared a Tentative Map submittal for the City of Merced and reviewed construction feasibility and design constraints of the site. YCG provided the Civil Engineering and Planning Documents required for the Tentative Map submittal that included the following: preliminary site layout, preliminary grading plan, and preliminary utility layout for water, sewer, and stormwater.

TOWN CENTER STUDIOS
SUMMARY
The Town Center Studios project involves the renovation of an existing motel into studio apartments. YCG's efforts included providing an onsite ADA grading and drainage design, and signage and striping plan to conform to the existing conditions and minimizing impact to the site.

KEARNEY & CRYSTAL SUBDIVISION
SUMMARY
The Kearney & Crystal Subdivision project is an 84 residential lot subdivision situated on an approximate 8-acre site. YCG's services on the project include preparation of the Tentative Map submittal package to the City, design coordination, civil construction documents, stormwater pollution prevention plan, and construction support. YCG is responsible for the design and preparation of the construction documents for the demolition, horizontal control, grading and drainage, wet and dry utilities, plan and profile drawings, erosion control, signage and striping, and construction details.
