The Kaizen River Development is a 4.7-acre commercial site. The two-phased project consisted of the construction of four pre-engineered commercial buildings-totaling 48,000 square feet, 133 parking stalls, a private gated area, and 3 driveways.
YCG’s services involved an initial site layout design, preparation of construction documents, grading and utility design, construction details, cost estimation, stormwater management design, stormwater operations and maintenance agreement, stomwater pollution prevention plan, coordination, and construction support.

The Kahlon Plaza project is located in Manteca, California on a ½ acre site. The scope of includes the construction of a yogurt shop, fast food restaurant with drive thru, and parking lot. YCG’s responsibilities included the civil site layout, construction documents, grading and utility design, construction details, stormwater management design, stormwater operations and maintenance agreement, coordination with all consultants and agencies, and construction support.
