FREMONT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
SUMMARY
The Fremont Elementary School project included approximately 120,000 SF of improvements along Tully Road frontage - a new entry plaza with wrought iron fencing, gates and a shade structure, a drop-off/pick-up zone, visitor and secure staff parking, both with infrastructure for changing stations, parking lot lighting, fire truck accessibility, an outdoor theater plaza with planter seat walls, new landscape and irrigation, and relocation of portables.
Approximately 26,000 SF of improvements on Orangeburg Avenue involved a new bus pickup/drop-off lane, site lighting, landscape, and irrigation.
Additionally, another 95,000 SF of improvements on the interior of the school campus included a new multi-purpose building that involved relocating portable classrooms and a play structure, adding an exterior stage with accessible ramp and planter, a new maintenance yard with trash enclosure, can wash area, a new hard court, and field.

TUOLUMNE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
SUMMARY
The Tuolumne K8 project scope includes establishing new Drop-off/Pick-Up zones and visitor parking along Sonora Avenue, revising visitor parking along Herndon Road, relocating portables, extending the staff parking lot, new driveways for buses, fire lanes, and parking, adding hardscape surfaces, new fencing, constructing a new multi-purpose/administrative building, and relocating the playground. These efforts are designed to optimize space usage, improve traffic flow, and provide better facilities for both staff and visitors while creating a more aesthetically pleasing and functional campus environment.

MONTEBELLO HIGH SCHOOL
SUMMARY
Montebello High School is located on W. Cleveland Avenue in Montebello, CA. This project consists of a new pool, two pool buildings/classrooms, and relocation of tennis courts. This also involved new utility infrastructure, pavement replacement of an existing parking lot, and ADA grading design through the site.

BELL GARDENS HIGH SCHOOL
SUMMARY
Bell Gardens High School, located on Agra Street in Bell Gardens, CA, underwent significant improvements as part of this project.
The project includes a new pool to replace the existing unusable one, two new pool buildings/classrooms, and upgrades to the ball fields. The project also included utility coordination and connections, along with ADA upgrades throughout the site.
