The Outbound at Oakhurst project is a 17-acre site located in Oakhurst, California, on which a resort is slated for development. The resort involves a comprehensive design that includes a hotel, conference rooms, individual cabins, community centers, a pool, parking facilities, circulation pathways, and open space areas. YCG’s responsibilities and services include value engineering, design coordination, grading design, construction documents, stormwater reports, stormwater operations and maintenance agreement, stormwater pollution prevention plan, amenity design, construction support, coordination with Caltrans, subconsultant management, septic system and grey water design, and water treatment design.
